What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.  However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiveing your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, all of our products are formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients to be gentl and effective on all skin types, including sensitive skin.  However, we recommend doing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have known allergies.

How should I store my skincare products?

To keep your products fresh and effective, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.  For items like soaps, we recommend using a soad dish with drainage to prevent themn from becoming soggy.

Can I customize or personalize products?

At this time, we do not offer product customization or personalization.  However, we are always open to feedback and may consider expanding our offerings in the future.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we are proud to say that all of our products are cruelty-free.  We believe in ethical and sustainable practices, and none of our products are tested on animals.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we recommend reviewing the ingredient list for any known allergens.  If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we suggest conducting a patch test on a small area of your skin before using the full product.
